Conference information

Participant badges 

For security and organisational reasons, participants must wear their congress badges at all times when visiting the Lisbon Congress Center (CCL). 

Registration 

The Congress Registration Desk is located on the ground floor of the conference center. They are open at the following times: 

  • Thursday 3 September 17.00-20.00
  • Friday 4 September 7.30-19.00 

Participants registering after 4 September can pick up their badges at the Congress Information Desk on the first floor. 

Information Desk 

The congress team is ready to assist you throughout the duration of the 9th World One Health Congress. The Congress Information Desk is located on the first floor of the conference center. 

The Congress Information Desk is open: 

  • Saturday 5 September
  • Sunday 6 September
  • Monday 7 September

WOHC2026 Virtual platform 

Sign in to https://wohc2026.globalohc.org to access news and stay updated. We provide an online helpdesk for all web-related support. This includes assistance with uploading posters, resolving login issues, and addressing any other technical concerns. The online helpdesk is open:

  • Thursday 3 September
  • From Friday 4 September to Sunday 6 September
  • Monday 7 September 

Outside of these hours, the helpdesk operates as a "mail-only" service. 

Language 

The official language of the congress is English. No translation will be provided. 

Please note that the side event “The Integration of One Health Approaches in Tropical Medicine” taking place on 3 September will be held in Portuguese. 

Venue 

The 9th World One Health Congress will take place at the Lisbon Congress Center (CCL), Portugal’s premier venue for international conferences and events. The CCL offers state-of-the-art facilities, spacious auditoriums, and modern exhibition areas, providing the perfect setting for global discussions on One Health. Easily accessible from Lisbon’s historic city center and major transport hubs, the venue is surrounded by the city’s rich cultural heritage, vibrant atmosphere, and renowned gastronomy. Whether engaging in scientific sessions or networking with peers, attendees will experience a world-class event in one of Europe’s most dynamic capitals.

Wifi 

A free, high speed Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the venue for visitors to use. This Wi-Fi is great for emails, internet browsing and social media. There is no password required. 

Filming and photography 

During the congress, videos and photographs will be taken. Pictures and footage shall be used for Global One Health Community activities and educational purposes.
