Important information for oral presentations

All oral presentations must adhere to the unique script they have received ahead of the congress, as their given time limits can vary from session to session. Following each presentation, there will be a designated 3-minute period for questions. Due to the multi-track nature of the Congress and the movement of attendees between tracks, it is imperative that sessions remain on schedule.

Presenters are expected to be in their designated room 5 minutes before their session starts. To ensure compatibility with the venue's computers, the use of Microsoft PowerPoint is required. Personal laptop computers are not allowed in the auditorium. Slide shows will be projected in a 16:9 ratio; slide sets in a 4:3 ratio are accepted but will not be projected optimally.

All oral presentations must be uploaded centrally before Xxx to ensure the smooth running of the Congress. Save and name your PowerPoint file with your abstract/ID number/SCS/SPI number and upload it in .pptx format to our WeTransfer channel at globalohc.wetransfer.com. You will receive a confirmation of receipt. For technical questions, please email [email protected]

For your convenience, a presenter ready room will be available at the congress venue in meeting suite 1.51.

Sessions will be recorded and available for viewing on-demand after the congress, and footage may also be used for global One Health Community educational purposes.
