Posters

Poster networking sessions will be organized on Saturday 5 September from 17.30 to 19.00 and Sunday 6 September from 17.30 to 19.00. Posters have been assigned to one of these two sessions: 

  • Add visual session 1 - Olive Tree
  • Add visual session 2 - Sardines

You are welcome to attend and interact with the poster presenters on both of these occasions. The poster areas are also open for viewing throughout official Congress hours. 

Posters for session 1 (Olive Tree) can be set-up on Thursday 3 September between 17.00 and 20.00 and Friday 4 September between 07.30 and 19.00. Posters for session 2 (Sardines) can be set-up on Sunday 6 September between 08.00 and 17.00. 

Posters must be dismantled on Monday 7 September 14:00 and 16:40. All posters remaining after this time will be disposed of. Poster tubes must not be left behind anywhere. 

A dedicated poster panel will be assigned to each presenter. Each panel will include a header sticker displaying the poster number, a QR code to view your digital poster, and the poster session symbol (olive tree or sardine). Please ensure your printed poster matches the assigned poster number on-site. 

Only paper posters are allowed. Fabric posters are not permitted. Mounting materials will be available in the poster area, and staff will be present to assist if needed. Posters must be A0 size (1189 x 841 mm) and in portrait format. 

Presenters are responsible for arranging and collecting their own printed poster. 

Need to print your poster locally in Lisbon? A nearby print shop is available approximately 1 km (13-minute walk) from the congress venue (CCL):

  • Approximate price: A0 poster (250 g paper) — €25 + VAT

Within these areas, posters will be arranged in numerical order. As you enter the poster area, the lowest number will be on your right. The numbers will continue to increase in the direction indicated by the arrow in the diagram.
